At O'Brien Bower, P.A. we represent individuals in litigation with an emphasis on federal and state criminal defense, federal and state criminal appeals with a personal touch and aggressive approach. As former Miami prosecutors, we will not bow down to the government or to the state. We know the government and/or the state can ruin a person's life, and his family's life, simply by filing an accusatory document in open court in the form of an indictment or an information. At O'Brien Bower, P.A., we will challenge that document simply for what it is - an accusation. As Robert Kennedy once so eloquently stated: "We know that if the rights of one man are denied, the rights of all men are endangered." At O'Brien Bower, P.A., we do not judge you.
